This dream began as a way to honor my dearly departed father-in-law, a tradition Giovanna and I cherished and longed to share with him. In that space, with you, we found a way to keep his memory alive and celebrate our heritage.

RNB was more than a place— it was a deeply personal glimpse into our lives and my culinary journey. Every detail, every flavor, was crafted with love, care, and authenticity that cannot be replicated. This was not simply created - it was lived, shaped by years of passion, tradition, and experience.

Though this chapter has closed, the journey isn't over. Wherever we go next, we promise to bring you the heart of Italy —one bite, one memory, one moment at a time.

As we close this chapter, we look toward the future with hope and excitement. We are actively searching for a new home for RNB—a place where we can once again share our love for Roma, Napoli, and Bari with you. We are also seeking passionate investors and partners who share our vision and can help us bring this dream to life on an even greater scale.
